Lead Support Engineer
The individual filling this position must have expierence with Linux and Windows servers. Must provide at least one reference working in a similar position. The individual will be responsible for assigning tickets to Support Technicians and taking a lead role when needed. The individual must also be able to provide detailed reporting through our ticket system when resolving and working on issues and also be able to interact with customers.
